Domestic Shipping Policy
Shipment Processing Time: All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Please keep in mind orders are not shipped on weekends or holidays.
Orders placed after 12 PST will ship the next business day. Orders placed after 12PM PST on Friday will ship out Monday.
We do our best to ensure the timely delivery of all orders. Please keep in mind that we are only provided with an estimated delivery date from our carriers. On rare occasions, these packages can arrive outside of the estimated timeframe.

Delivery delays can occasionally occur. USPS does not ship on Saturdays or Sundays, so delivery time does not include these days.
Shipment to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO Addresses: Koi CBD ships to addresses within the U.S., U.S. Territories, and APO/FPO/DPO addresses.
Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking: You will receive tracking via email once your order has a label. The tracking number will be active within 24-48 hours.
Customs, Duties and Taxes: Koi CBD is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
Lost & Damaged Shipments: Koi CBD is not liable for any products damaged or lost once your package is marked as delivered. It is possible for packages to travel a few days without being scanned.
Please double check that the shipping address is accurate and complete before submitting your order. Wrong or partial addresses could result in delays or lost shipments.
Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
Missing Item Policy
- Notification Period: Customers must inform our customer service team of any missing items within 7 days of the date of receiving the order. Failure to report missing items within this timeframe may limit our ability to address the issue.
- Contacting Customer Service: To report a missing item, please contact our customer service team via customerservice@koicbd.com providing your order number, details of the missing item(s) and an image of the packing slip with the items included. Our customer service representatives will guide you through the next steps to resolve the issue.
- Verification Process: Upon receiving your report of a missing item, we may initiate a verification process to confirm the discrepancy. This may involve reviewing order details, inventory records, and any relevant documentation.
- Resolution Options: Depending on the circumstances, we will strive to offer you appropriate resolution options, which may include:
- Reshipping the missing item to you promptly.
- Issuing store credit for the missing item.
